Folks this guy is a JACK ASS, the lakes around the state have been unsafe for ATV's for about 2 weeks now with open water on many of them, it is now unsafe to really be walking out there so i don't feel one damn bit sorry for this Dumb Ass he is just lucky to be alive.

OSAKIS, Minn. - An ATV reportedly fell through an area lake Monday, another reminder for area residents to use caution at this time of year on and around local lakes.

The ATV fell through on Smith Lake in Osakis Monday afternoon.

The driver of the ATV was not injured in the incident.
