...COLDEST MORNING OF THE SEASON SO FAR...

TEMPERATURES HAVE DROPPED TO NEAR ZERO THIS MORNING. THESE COLD
TEMPERATURES...COMBINED WITH LIGHT WINDS HAVE PRODUCED WIND CHILLS AROUND 10 BELOW ZERO.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE CAUTION WHEN VENTURING OUTDOORS THIS
MORNING. LIMIT YOUR TIME OUTSIDE AND WEAR SEVERAL LAYERS OF LOOSE
FITTING CLOTHING.

ALSO...CONSIDER BRINGING AN EXTRA JACKET OR BLANKET IN YOUR
VEHICLE WHEN YOU TRAVEL...IN CASE YOU BECOME STRANDED.

TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE THIS MORNING...BUT REMAIN WELL BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.
