AREAS OF FOG WILL BE FOUND ALONG THE MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN
BORDER THROUGH DAYBREAK...MAINLY IN THE ST. CROIX AND MISSISSIPPI
RIVER VALLEYS. VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES. PATCHY FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF
THE OUTLOOK AREA AS WELL.

RUNOFF FROM RECENT PRECIPITATION AND MELTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE
TO FILTER INTO AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS... LEADING TO FURTHER
RISES IN RIVER LEVELS. ICE JAMS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE MINOR
FLOODING IN ISOLATED AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A STORM SYSTEM FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO
THE GREAT LAKES FROM THURSDAY INTO THIS WEEKEND WILL BRING THE
POTENTIAL FOR LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA
FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.

AREA RIVERS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE OVER THE NEXT WEEK. ICE JAMS
WILL LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING IN LOCALIZED AREAS FOR THE NEXT

Good morning folks, today is March 18th 2010 and it is above freezing so that works for me for temps. Today we can look for A slight chance of sprinkles after 4pm. Partly cloudy sky's, with a high near 50. West northwest winds between 10 and 15 mph. Tonight we can look for A slight chance of sprinkles before 7pm. Mostly cloudy sky's, with a low around 25. Northwest winds between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
