SOUTHERN MINNESOTA...AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG WEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING AND LINGER INTO THE
MID AFTERNOON FOR PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL
MINNESOTA. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 40
MPH ARE EXPECTED FROM THE MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON BEFORE
SPEEDS WEAKEN BY THE LATE AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THERE ARE INDICATIONS THAT A STORM SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE AREA
THURSDAY INTO SATURDAY MORNING WILL BRING ABOUT THE POTENTIAL FOR
MIXED PRECIPITATION TO THE OUTLOOK AREA FROM LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON
INTO THE EVENING...WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME VERY LATE SEASON
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS CENTRAL MINNESOTA INTO NORTHERN SECTIONS
OF WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FREEZES SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS
ACROSS PARTS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA. THE MAIN THREAT FOR BELOW
FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL BE ACROSS CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND WEST
CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

Good morning folks, today is May 6th 2010 and folks we have snow coming and it looks like it will be shovel-able. Today we can look for A 30 percent chance of rain after 1pm. Mostly cloudy sky's, with a high near 50. North winds at 10 mph becoming east. Tonight we can look for Rain. Low around 40. East southeast winds around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Tonight we can look for Snow likely, mainly before 1am. Cloudy sky's, with a low around 35. North northwest winds between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND
PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY AS A
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM PASSES JUST SOUTH OF THE REGION. THE TREAT FOR

Today we can look for Areas of frost before 9am. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a high near 55. Southeast wind between 5 and 15 mph. Tonight we can look for A 20 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy sky's, with a low around 40. Southeast winds around 9 mph.
