Buttermilk Garlic Salad Dressing.

Ingredients.

2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions.

Use a blender to mix all ingredients until smooth. Let sit for a couple hours before serving to blend the flavors. This also makes a super dip for lots of different stuff.

It may be ok if it doesn't have a real strong garlic taste to it. I bet it would be good for a lot of different dips also.... Thanks for sharing with us, Mike!~! I will have to remember this and give it a try soon....
