Construction/winter time

What the hell are these people thinking this time of year is sure as hell ain't about getting the job done before the ground freezes and the snow fly's. This is one of the things that piss me off when winter rolls around, now i love winter time and driving threw the snow but when you have to drive threw pot holes and deep ruts and hell you never know what the hell you are going to hit even when you are driving in the right places i think it's
