Ingredients.

venison roast.

make up a rub of your choice and cover meat generously, put in ziplock bag over night. next day put on roaster with 1 large onion and water, enough water to come up the roast 1/2 way. bake at 350 degrees till tender.

home baked beans.

6 cans pork and beans.
1 lb bacon cut up.
1 large onion cut up.
1/2 cup molasses.
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup ketchup.
3/4 cup dark brown sugar.
1 teaspoon pepper.

Directions.

fry bacon and onion in same pan, when bacon is is just about to get crisp, your choice on this (drain) other wise put at least 2 teaspoons of bacon grease in beans. mix all together and bake at 350 degrees. i put it in the oven when roast is about done 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

whipped potato's, your choice of vegetables, and gravy.
