SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. ACTIVITY WILL DECREASE IN COVERAGE AND LIKELY END
ACROSS THE AREA BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

VERY STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS
WILL BE FOUND ACROSS FAR WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...ROUGHLY WEST OF
A LINE FROM GRANITE FALLS TO ALEXANDRIA WHERE SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF
AROUND 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH AT TIMES.
WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG INTO THE EVENING HOURS.

A COLD FRONT WILL ENTER WESTERN MINNESOTA LATE TONIGHT BRINGING
CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE THREAT FOR ORGANIZED
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS LATE TONIGHT IS LOW.

AREA RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO FALL...BUT REMAIN
ELEVATED ACROSS THE UPPER MINNESOTA RIVER VALLEY. SEE THE
