Josh Got His Deer

Today was a rather crappy day as for deer hunting unless you like duck hunting weather for deer hunting, But i have been working real hard so that my son josh got his first deer that he has ever shot. I think that it is really cool the program they got this year that allows a kid to go hunting without having taken the gun safety coarse, he had some bad shots for the first few days and missed at least 6 deer but that because there was an un-riffled barrel on the gun and we didn't know this. So i changed the barrel to a scoped barrel and i used that today while i let him use my 870 Remington Express Magnum and his first shot counted tonight i am very proud of him this evening, here are a couple pics.

It shocked the shit out of me for sure at 50 yards it was over in a flash.
